Clear rules for using LeadHub

Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules, rights and responsibilities that apply when you use LeadHub.

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeadHub, including its websites, editor, published pages, analytics, storage and related features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you use LeadHub for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

02

Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your credentials secure and do not share access in a way that compromises your account.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
  • Third-party sign-in, including Google, is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.
03

The LeadHub service

LeadHub helps users create, manage and publish link-in-bio pages. Features may include templates, custom styling, files, products, bookings, analytics, domains, AI-assisted tools and third-party integrations.

We may improve, add, remove or limit features to maintain security, performance and product quality. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect paid use.

04

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LeadHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, transmit and publicly display that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and follow your publishing choices.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and that its use through LeadHub does not violate law or another person's rights.

05

Acceptable use

  • Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, hateful, exploitative or malicious content.
  • Do not distribute malware, phish, spam, manipulate analytics or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not interfere with service operation, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected components or use automated access that creates unreasonable load.
  • Do not impersonate others or use LeadHub in a way that could create safety, financial or reputational harm.
06

Links and third-party services

LeadHub pages may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

07

Plans, payments and renewals

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, included limits and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

If a plan renews automatically, you may cancel future renewal before the next billing date using the available account controls or by contacting support. Refunds, where available, are governed by the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

08

LeadHub intellectual property

The service, software, interface, branding and LeadHub-created materials are owned by LeadHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

09

Suspension and termination

You may stop using LeadHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

10

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeadHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, revenue, audience growth or the continued availability of third-party integrations.

To the extent permitted by law, LeadHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11

Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
