Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information LeadHub processes, why we process it and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadHub collects and processes information when you visit getleadhub.app, create an account, build or publish a link-in-bio page, or otherwise use our services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at blad.iw.ru@gmail.com.

02

Information we collect

  • Account information, including your name, email address, username, authentication provider and profile image.
  • Content you provide, including page text, links, images, videos, files, products, booking details and design settings.
  • Usage and analytics data, such as page views, link clicks, referrer, approximate location, device type, browser and timestamps.
  • Technical information necessary to keep the service reliable and secure, including IP address, logs, cookies and local-storage identifiers.
  • Communications you send to us, such as support requests and feedback.
03

How we use information

  • Provide, operate and improve LeadHub, including authentication, publishing, storage and analytics.
  • Personalize the interface, remember language and theme preferences, and provide relevant product recommendations.
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate failures and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Communicate service updates, security notices and responses to your requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
04

Public pages and analytics

When you publish a page, its selected content and public URL become available to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines unless you disable indexing where that option is available.

We record aggregated page-view and link-click events so page owners can understand performance. We use approximate, not precise GPS, location for geographic reporting.

05

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when necessary to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect LeadHub and its users, or comply with law.

  • Infrastructure and service providers, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, analytics and payment providers, acting under appropriate safeguards.
  • Third-party integrations you choose to connect, such as Google authentication.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or security threats.
06

Cookies and local storage

LeadHub uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security, session continuity, language, theme and other preferences. Where required, optional technologies are used only with the appropriate notice or consent.

07

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or be retained where required by law, fraud prevention or legitimate record-keeping needs.

08

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your account.

LeadHub and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms intended to protect transferred information.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to blad.iw.ru@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10

Children and policy changes

LeadHub is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us.

We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above; material changes may also be communicated through the service.
